It is Omved Lifestyle’s intention to satisfy our customers. We shall replace the products in case a wrong product was sent to the customer or it was received in a damaged condition. To initiate a return, the customer must inform Omved about it within 24 hours of receiving delivery and not beyond.

All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return / exchange authorisation number and in unopened, saleable condition.
Postage will not be refunded but will be credited to your account as Rewards Points. Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale, opened and used products. Omved Lifestyle is not responsible for damage after delivery.
Please allow 7-10 days from the day you return your package for your request to be processed, subject to availability in stock. You will be contacted once your return is complete.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.
1. Return/exchange requests are subject to an inspection and checking by the Omved Lifestyle Team. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy.
2. Each item can only be exchanged once. No cash refunds are permitted.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) convenience charge (if any) and the shipping charge (if any) would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
4. For international orders, there shall be no refund on cancellation of orders except within 24 hours of placing the order. There can be replacement of goods or a refund after deducting the service charges only subject to verification by our team about goods being damaged in transit.
