Grapefruit is a citrus oil that has properties similar to that of lemon oil. It is a great oil to add in the vapourizer to elimate the symptoms of fatigue or a jet lag. Since it is also a natural antiseptic, you can add it to an array of home cleaners to ensure that your home is toxin free.
Regardless of the essential oils that you choose, a few things to keep in mind are that the oils needs to be a high grade therapeutic oil. It needs to be natural, pure and steam distilled. Most of the oils should not be applied directly on the skin, because of the high concentration levels.
