Veggies like broccoli and cabbage are known to support the liver’s ability and immune function by boosting its ability. These vegetables help to flush out toxins and keep the liver functioning well. Similarly adding fruits slices of lemon, ginger and oranges in a jug of water will not only make water interesting to drink, but will also cleanse your body from the toxins and also keep you hydrated.
