Cool and store this boiled water either in a thermos flask or a copper jug and take few sips of this water at regular intervals all through the day. You can also consume more, but keep in mind that it is the frequency of the intake of water that is more important than the quantity of water
Ayurveda Tip: To increase the positive effect of this water, add a few slices of ginger to boiling water. Cool and strain before storing it.
Exercise should be an important part of your lifestyle. It is important that you do not strain your body when you exercise.
